  1. Human Resource Practitioner: Employee Benefits and Administration :(12 Months Contract)
  • Task Grade: 11

Salary Scale ( R31 678,55)  

  • Position to be stationed in Mthatha, Eastern Cape
  • Reporting Structure: The post reports to the Chief HR Officer: Conditions of Service

Qualifications:

  • Grade 12
  • ND: Human Resource Management
  • Certificate in Computer Literacy
  • 01 Year relevant experience

Key Performance:

  • Ensure that Human Resource function and Employee Benefits are effectively contributing to the overall HR Strategic Plan
  • Give inputs into employee benefits, policies, procedures and controls
  • Process benefits for newly appointed employees and terminations
  • Control the Key Performance Indicators and outcomes of the position
  • Ensure accurate information is made available to support specific decision making, statutory and management reports pertaining to employee benefits
  • Respond to Request for Information by Auditor General
  • Implements HR communication strategies aimed at creating awareness
  • Ensure availability of accurate Employee Benefits information and statistics
