O.R. Tambo District Municipality hosted a Financial Wellness & Personal Development Dialogue at the Savoy Conference Centre, bringing together key stakeholders including Capital Legacy, FNB, and the Department of Employment and Labour to empower employees with essential life and financial skills.

The dialogue focused on critical areas such as change management and thriving in all aspects of life. It further unpacked key pillars of long-term stability and personal success, including wills and estate planning, cultivating a mindset shift towards financial discipline, and understanding retirement and pension planning.

Employees also benefited from informative sessions on the Unemployment Insurance Fund (UIF) and Individual Performance Management System (IPMS), equipping them with practical tools to better navigate both personal and professional responsibilities.
This initiative reflects the Municipality’s ongoing commitment to promoting holistic employee well-being, financial resilience, and continuous personal growth.
