- Annual Salary: (R 229 014,18 – R 297 244,65) excluding benefits
- Stationed at Mthatha
- Reports to Senior Fire Fighter
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Fire Fighter Certificate 1
- First Aid Certificate Level 1
- Code C1 Driving License with PrDP
- 1 year in the fire management field
Key Responsibilities:
- Carries out fire-fighting activities and emergency operations
- Prepares for emergency incidents and fire protection activities
- Applies machine operations and maintenance according to certification guidelines
- Implements efficient financial and asset management activities
- Performs basic administrative and reporting functions associated with firefighting
- Interacts with relevant stakeholders with matters pertaining to firefighting activities
