  • Reporting Structure: The post reports to Senior Admin Officer: Records Management & Archives

Qualifications:

  • Grade 12
  • 2-Weeks experience in relevant field

Key Performance Areas:

  • The records management team instrumental in classifying, sorting, and arranging records to meet these compliance requirements.
  • Assist in ensuring that all records are accurate and up to date, pertaining to Records and Archives.
  • Assist in ensuring that Records and Archives performance indicators are identified and specific measures are established to enable and guide the section to plan, manage and or prioritise outcomes accordingly.
  • Assist in ensuring that risks and opportunities associated with the Records and Archives environment are adequately addressed through policies and procedures supporting general code of conduct and best practices.
  • Assist in ensuring that effective work delivery by the Records and Archives section.
  • Assist in ensuring positive interaction between incumbent and all stakeholders, pertaining to Records and Archives.
