HUMAN RESOURCE PRACTITIONER LMs
- Permanent
- Task Grade: 11 (Subject to Job Evaluation results)
- Annual Basic Salary: (R 405 175.50– R 525 942.27) excluding benefits
- Position to be stationed in, Eastern Cape
- The position reports to Chief HR Officer Condition of Services
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12
- ND: Human Resource Management
- Certificate in Computer Literacy
- 02 Years Human Resources.
Key Performance Areas:
- Ensure that Human Resource function and Employee Benefits are effectively contributing to the overall HR Strategic Plan
- Give inputs into employee benefits, policies, procedures and controls
- Process benefits for newly appointed employees and terminations
- Control the Key Performance Indicators and outcomes of the position
- Ensure accurate information is made available to support specific decision making, statutory and management reports pertaining to employee benefits
- Respond to Request for Information by Auditor General
- Implements HR communication strategies aimed at creating awareness
- Ensure availability of accurate Employee Benefits information and statistics
