HUMAN RESOURCE PRACTITIONER X02 (LMs)

  • Annual Basic Salary: (R 385 844,68 – R 500 849,70) excluding benefits
  • Position to be stationed in Mthatha, Eastern Cape
  • Reports to Chief HR Officer Conditions of Service

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12
  • National Diploma in Human Resource Management
  • Code EB Driving License
  • 2 years in Human Resource Management

Key Performance Areas:

Coordinates and controls key performance areas associated with conditions of services and employee benefits systems to local municipalities (LMs) within the district in accordance with the laid. Coordinates activities associated with strategic and operational plans of the sub-section down procedures and legislative framework. Coordinates all employee benefits and conditions of services. Establishes capital and operating estimates and controls expenditure against the approved budget allocations. Communicates with all third parties in the local government sphere. Coordinates the termination of employee services at LMs. Coordinates administrative and reporting requirements associated with the key performance and result indicators. Coordinates stakeholder management and communication of the sub-section.
