Qualifications:
- Grade 12
- Degree in Information Technology
- CPMD
- Code EB Driving License
- 04 Years in Supervisory level in ICT field
Key Performance Areas:
- Manages the implementation of a series of outcomes associated with plans and programmes designed to accomplish key service delivery objectives.
- Lead the effective implementation, application of policies, procedures, systems and controls.
- Ensure the activities, projects and assignments associated with ICT section are monitored.
- Defines the professional, technical and operational outcomes related to the provision of support and quality service delivery.
- Ensure acceptable performance levels and staff morale is sustained.
- Lead the implementation of procedures and systems associated with record keeping.
- Defines the key performance indicators associated with the functionality of the section.
- Ensure the section, contribute towards financial sustainability and proper maintenance of its assets.
- Manages budget and assets of the section for implementation of the strategies.
- Manages the administrative and reporting duties related to the section.
- Ensure administration and reporting pertaining to the section is maintained.
- Disseminates functional and operational information on the immediate, short- and long-term objectives and current developments.
