OFFICE MANAGER: OFFICE OF THE MUNICIPAL MANAGER

- Task Grade: 14 (Subject to Job evaluation results)
- Annual Salary: (R606 368,94 – R 787 122,97) excluding benefits
- To be stationed at Mthatha
- Reports to Municipal Manager
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12
- B Degree in Public Administration or equivalent qualification
- Code EB driving license
- 04 years’ experience in an office administration environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the administrative services strategy, plans and objectives of the directorate
- Manage the development of policies, procedures, systems and controls within the directorate
- Formulate the administrative, reporting and record keeping requirements of the directorate
- Manage the implementation of procedures and systems associated with records management
- Formulate capital and operating estimates and controls expenditure against the approved administration services budget allocations
- Manage the key performance indicators and outcomes of personnel within the directorate
- Supervise staff in the Office of the Municipal Manager
- Disseminate information and advice on the immediate, short and long-term objectives.
