Qualifications:
- BTech Degree in Water Management /Water Care/Civil Engineering
- Computer Literacy Certificate
- EB Driver’s License
- 3 Years in the relevant field
Key Performance Areas:
- Monitor that the risks associated with the WSP Services environment and applications are adequately addressed through policies and procedures supporting general codes of conduct and best practices leading to improved WSP Services being delivered within the Region.
- Monitor delivery of effective Plumbing Services and monitor compliance with specific responsibilities discharged accordingly without any risk to the Council.
- Monitor that effective WSP Services are being delivered within the Region pertaining to Water Services, ensuring the positive image of the Municipality is maintained at all times with its consumers.
- Monitor that effective WSP Services are being delivered within the Region pertaining to Mechanical and Electrical Services, ensuring the positive image of the Municipality is maintained at all times with its consumers.
- Monitor accurate estimates are prepared in relation to requirements enabling WSP Services to contribute positively towards meeting the section’s financial objectives, leading to a cost effective WSP Services being delivered within the Region.
- Monitor a climate conducive to promoting and sustaining motivational and performance levels is cultivated and maintained enabling the section to contribute positively to the section’s service level objectives and outcomes pertaining to WSP Services.
- Monitor an effective relationship and effective communication processes between the section and its internal and external stakeholders, leading to improved services being delivered pertaining to WSP Services.
- Monitor WSP Services reports, correspondence and documentation and/ or information is recorded, processed and maintained in accordance with laid down administrative and reporting procedures leading to improved WSP Services being delivered within the Region.
- Monitor compliance with minimum WSP Services audit requirements and support the audit process towards making informed findings about the performance of the sub-section.
